hc solicitors is committed to using new technology to improve services to our clients without losing the personal contact that we believe is essential.

Our permanent internet connection gives us the capability to receive electronic instructions from commercial and corporate clients and offer live updates to them over the internet.  It also allows all staff to keep up-to-date with the latest information on legal matters through Government websites, legal websites and on-line data subscription services.

Every member of staff has access to a computer with email and fax services, making communication with hc solicitors as effortless as possible.  We have introduced high speed scanners enabling us to email urgent documents rather than rely upon mail and fax services.

Our substantial investment continues with the implementation of case management and digital dictation services across the whole Practice to provide an even more efficient and cost-effective service to clients.

Our IT team consists of an IT manager, IT support and an IT trainer who work with new recruits and existing staff to make sure that their skills are in line with the requirements of a high-tech office.
