IT Training
Used competently, technology can ensure that our lawyers "have the time" to deliver a personal and expert service cost effectively. Our Practice has extremely high standards for client care and so we ensure that IT processes are focused on this objective. Our people need to have a high level of IT skills and knowledge. To provide this hc solicitors has invested in it's own IT Training facilities with it's own, in-house Training Co-ordinator.
Our Training Co-ordinator plays a very important role in our recruitment and selection process, ensuring that new members of staff have the relevant IT skills and knowledge. This role then proceeds through induction training to detailed knowledge of our software systems. Induction training is then backed-up with continual assessment, mentoring, one-to-one training, workshops and group training. All of our people are provided with the equal opportunity to learn in the manner that suits them best.
Annual, in-depth, assessments of IT skills and knowledge plays a major role in our appraisal process to ensure that skills are developed across the Practice, ensuring that we have the ability to provide the high standard of client care we demand.
We are committed to developing all our personnel through training, whether it be IT, legal or non-legal.
