Unfortunately, although it might be relatively easy to obtain a favourable judgment against your debtor, the financial situation of the defendant can mean that the judgment is not worth the paper it was written on. It is extremely important to obtain interim reliefs against the assets of the debtor, to guarantee the recovery of the debt once the judgment has been obtained.
We can perform searches and obtain information about the assets of the debtor, whether the debtor is a company or an individual, and provide you with a report about the chances of obtaining a positive outcome to your claim.
