Henry Anstey becomes a Senior Director at HC Solicitors

Local law firm, hc solicitors LLP, announced today that Henry Anstey, head of the Wills, Trusts and Probate department, is to be made a Senior Director in the 13-partner firm.

Henry, a specialist in Wills, Trusts, Probate and Care of the Elderly, joined the firm in 1997, becoming head of the Wills, Trusts and Probate department in 2004. The department has expanded over the last few years and is one of the largest and most well-regarded in the Peterborough area.

hc's Wills, Trusts and Probate department helps local people to plan for the future by drawing up Wills, planning to minimise inheritance tax, preparing for the possibility of care home fees and drafing lasting powers of attorney to protect your wishes if you become incapacitated.

Lynne Ayres, Managing Director, hc solicitors, commented
"Henry has been instrumental in developing our private client practice - growing the Wills, Trusts and Probate department by 50% in the last 3 years. He has establised an excellent reputation locally as an expert in this field and we are delighted to be able to recognise his contribution by this promotion within the firm".
