‘TV actor replaces PowerPoint in Hunt & Coombs/ACCA’s latest Employment Law Seminar’

Employment Law Seminar
Wednesday 12th March, 5.30pm, Hunt & Coombs Conference Suite, 35 Thorpe Rd, Peterborough, PE3 6AG

Seminar Outline
This role play, based on real life cases, follows the rise and fall of a fictitious company, its pugnacious chairman and his in-house legal advisor. Trouble starts when they unfairly dismiss their Finance Director and he demands to keep his shares and extract himself from his restraint of trade clauses. Then their business with China falls through and they have to sell up and make redundancies.

This Employment Law Seminar packs it in: senior executive dismissals; good and bad leaver provisions in share agreements; settlement agreements; restrictive covenants; confidentiality; TUPE; insolvency; collective redundancies, protective awards and the new shareholder status. We’ve even slipped in some mild sexual harassment to keep you awake at the end of a long day.

A most entertaining way to earn your CPD points.
