Offences involving documents

No insurance:

  • Penalty - Fine - up to £5,000
  • 6-8 points on your licence
  • Disqualification at discretion of Court

  • Penalty - Fine - up to £1,000

No MOT:

  • Penalty - Fine - up to £1,000

No Driving Licence:

  • Penalty - Fine - up to £1,000
  • 3-6 points on your licence
  • Disqualification at the discretion of the Court
