The Personnel function is as important to a law firm such as ours as it is to any other medium to large organisation. Whilst we are fortunate to have specialist Employment Solicitors to draw on we also have a Office Manager and a Personnel Assistant - to care for and develop our staff as we have almost 100 people, in various legal and support departments.

Personnel are responsible for all of our recruitment and selections processes, disciplinary and grievance procedures, all equal opportunities policies, our non legal training and of course our general Personnel Policies. It is also responsible for ensuring that all of our people receive the annual quality and quantity of training that is required to provide a first class legal advice service.
