Anna qualified as a solicitor in 1988. From 2014, Anna has held the appointment of Peterborough Diocesan Registrar and Bishop’s Legal Secretary. This appointment brought with it administrative support in the form of a Diocesan Registry Clerk who ensures that this workload is managed.
She has extensive experience in Commercial property having helped businesses ranging from multimillion pound commercial enterprises to ecclesiastical property funds and she has become the trusted and longstanding legal advisor to many clients.

Anna has wide experience in property development work including site acquisition and assembly and disposal. This work ranges from initial acquisition through sale contracts, options, joint ventures, infrastructure and planning agreements to ultimate disposal and deals involving claw-backs and overage provisions. She has been involved in numerous sales and purchases relating to ecclesiastical and agricultural properties, ranging from transactions with low monetary value (which may nevertheless be of considerable complexity) to those involving eight-figure sums.
Her landlord and tenant work includes the preparation of business tenancies (including renewals, terminations and advice on dilapidations and related issues) and advice relating to all aspects of management of commercial tenancies.
