Tracey Caple is our Office Manager. She is responsible for managing the team of Administrative Assistants and Receptionists who man our phone lines and Reception desk as well as provide administrative support to our legal departments.

In addition, Tracey is responsible for dealing with the firm’s HR processes. Her role includes everything from managing recruitment to ensuring that our staff are catered for in their roles. As a result she deals with payroll, pensions and our general Personnel Policies.

Tracey also manages our Conference Suite which hosts our own events and functions and is also available for hire to other businesses and organisations.

Tracey has been employed by the Firm in 1996.
