We can also work with UK banks and advise them in relation to arranging mortgages secured over properties in Spain.

The team have experience in working with Banks with cross-border enforcement of debts, to help Banks to recover the money that is owing when debtors default on their mortgages. We can act in conjunction with our Dispute Resolution department to represent Banks in both Spain and in the UK.

Our team has particular experience in the enforcement of Spanish authentic instruments before UK Courts under the European Enforcement Order for Uncontested Claim regulations.
