Glynn originally studied Psychology/Biology at Oxford Brookes University and then worked for a multinational transport company before running his own data logistics company.

Glynn completed his LLB at the University of Hertfordshire and then attended the College of Law in London the following year.

Glynn is a solicitor in the Commercial team dealing with the full range of Commercial Property and Company law.  He joined hc in September 2007 and deals with a varied portfolio of Commercial work.  Recent transactions include share purchases of an IFA company and garage business and completion of an international licensing agreement.  Glynn's experience in industry and in running his own business is invaluable in understanding the needs and concerns of our business clients.

Specifically, Glynn can advise on:

  • business disposals and acquisitions
  • advising businesses on company formations, commercial contracts and sale and supply of goods and services including terms and conditions
  • partnership and shareholder agreements
  • protecting IP, licensing IP rights and dealing with alleged infringements; dealing with IP issues of website content and electronic media
  • employment contracts and TUPE transfers
  • commercial property transactions including lease and sale and purchase transactions
