It is important for all our staff to be able to access ways to enhance their knowledge and progress their continued development through training. They are encouraged to undertake training that benefits their skills and knowledge, in line with the firm's business objectives.

Every member of staff has a training plan which is regularly reviewed and updated.  Our annual appraisals are a chance for staff to discuss future training and development needs and plan for those accordingly.

Our induction process covers IT, finance, marketing, risk and compliance, and HR. This is further supported by on the job training, mentoring, coaching, one-to-one and group training.
