At Hunt & Coombs Solicitors we provide our staff with a working environment that is friendly, fun and fair.  Commitment and hard work is rewarded and we will always strive to promote from within.

Our commitment to staff development was recognised in 1997 when we became the first law firm in Cambridgeshire to achieve the Investors in People award; an award for which we were successfully reassessed in March 2000 and May 2003.  The IIP Assessor, at the latest assessment, felt that: "the culture is not as one might expect from a solicitors practice.  It is warm, friendly, nicely balanced between work and play, professional and an excellent example of an Investor in People".

We value good management as much as we value effective training.  In 2003 we were runners up for the awards for the Greater Peterborough Trainer of the Year and Greater Peterborough Business of the Year.  We were also runners up for the latter in 2000 and won the Greater Peterborough Business of the Year award in 1997.  These awards were achieved because of the hard work, sound business practices and commitment of all of our people.
