We are delighted to announce that our Residential Property Team have once again achieved re-accreditation of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme by the Law Society.
Hunt & Coombs Solicitors have been members of the scheme since 2011 and are wholeheartedly committed to the quality standard for practitioners representing clients in residential property transactions. We are immensely proud of this achievement. Being part of the scheme means that clients can be assured they are choosing a qualified and professional practitioner when they need assistance with their residential conveyancing.
Rigorous Assessment
Firms that join the scheme go through a rigorous assessment process whereby the practice must demonstrate that they meet the Core Practice Management Standards and that they:
- Have the expertise to deliver quality residential conveyancing advice;
- Use standardised processes to recognise and reduce risks; and
- Educate clients about what to expect when paying for conveyancing advice.
Each year, the successful firm must go through the annual re-accreditation process which involves demonstrating continual compliance with the scheme rules and all relevant persons completing mandatory training.
