Top tips for landlords and agents.
Our breakfast update on the Renters (Reform) Bill will focus on the Bill in its current form, and what it will mean for landlords. We will cover the main provisions of the Bill (as it stands) and the likely impact on residential tenancies including Section 21 and Section 8 possession recovery, and rent review amongst other issues.
We will then give our top tips for preparing for the proposed changes in the law and what may be required of landlords. We will also discuss the alternative options available to you. We will then hold a Q&A session where you can ask the questions you would like answers to.
The update starts at 8.30am with coffee, tea and pastries and networking. The talks will start at 9am and finish at 10am.
We have some parking on site and will provide details of alternative parking options close-by.
