Catherine studied part time with the University of London and qualified with a LLB (Hons) Degree. She later completed a Legal Practice Course with BPP University at Waterloo in London. She has assisted in Private and Public Law Children matters in her previous role.
After joining Hunt and Coombs, she briefly assisted in the Wills and Probate Department as a paralegal preparing Wills, Grants of Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
She went on to be part of the Residential Department as a paralegal for twelve months, assisting with reviewing residential leases, drafting contracts, purchases, transfer of equity and Land Registry registrations for registered and unregistered properties.
She completed her first seat as a trainee solicitor in our Commercial Department where she was involved with commercial property conveyancing, leases, drafting commercial contracts, report on title, pre-emption rights and assured short hold tenancy.
For her second seat, Catherine has just joined our Commercial Litigation Department where she is client facing and looking forward to working with all forms of disputes, alternative dispute resolutions, negotiations and attending court.
