Background

Fabia had her first taste of family law whilst volunteering at a law clinic at University. She continued with her passion for family law and started her legal career as a paralegal in November 2020. Working in a specialist family law firm she helped with both private and public family law cases. At that stage Fabia also represented clients in Public Law Outlines.

She undertook her training contract in a legal aid firm primarily representing victims of domestic abuse through children proceedings and Family Law Act proceedings (i.e. Non Molestation Orders) as well as continuing with public family law (care).

Fabia qualified as a solicitor in November 2023 and more recently started to take on divorce and finance cases. Fabia joined the family team at Hunt & Coombs in September 2024.
