Lauren Sismey began her legal career as a Legal Assistant in Dispute Resolution before studying for her FCILEx qualification in 2021.

In 2022 Lauren joined Hunt & Coombs and moved to the Wills, Trusts and Probate Department and has not looked back since.

Lauren qualified as a Fellow of the Charted Legal Executives in September 2025 and has remained in the Wills, Trusts and Probate Team. She advises clients on a range of legal services such as:

The preparation of Wills;
The preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney;
Estate Administration; and
Trusts and Trust Registration.

Interests

In her spare time Lauren loves hiking, spending time outdoors and exploring new countries.

Expertise

Advising on Wills where clients have foreign assets (France), complicated family dynamics and also unmarried couples.
