Richard Boucher LLB

Richard Boucher was admitted to the roll of Solicitors in 1998 and in that year commenced his employment with Hunt & Coombs Solicitors LLP, then Hunt & Coombs, until 2003 when he moved on to a large midlands firm, where he was made a partner in 2005.

After heading their offices in Leicester, Richard decided that he knew where his heart lay and we at Hunt & Coombs were delighted to welcome him back into the fold.

He is a member of the Mental Health Panel Lawyers Association, a Criminal Accreditation Member and a Duty Solicitor. He is a key member of our Mental Health Team and regularly represents patients, both in and out of hospital, to ensure their access to justice under the Mental Health Act.

In addition to the general crime and mental health work that Richard undertakes, he can also advise on health and safety work, business defence, statutory prosecutions, motoring offences and prison law.

Recently he represented a high profile businessman in the Corruption in Football investigation.
