Sara Hogg LLB

Sara Hogg is a child care solicitor and joined Hunt and Coombs in March 2026 in our Family team. She qualified as a solicitor in 1995 specialising in family and child care. She was on the Law Society’s Children Panel for many years representing parents and the children’s guardian in care proceedings.

She has spent part of her career outside of the law working directly with children and teenagers in a counselling capacity. She was known for her kind and thoughtful approach helping children through difficult times.

Sara went on to run her own mediation practice with a particular focus on helping couples make child focused arrangements for their children.

Sara has returned to her law career bringing with her a wealth of experience gained from her counselling and mediation practises. She is known for her approachability and ability to handle the most difficult situations with sensitivity and care.

Interests

In her spare time Sara enjoys painting and drawing, spending time in nature and walking her little dog Bear.
