Sellina Kauser qualified as a solicitor in 2006.
She worked in Lincolnshire for a number of years before joining Buckles LLP in 2017. She then joined Hunt & Coombs in September 2024 as a Senior Associate.
She works from our Peterborough office however is available to see clients at any of our other offices.
Sellina qualified as a general family practitioner. In 2019 she decided to solely focus on private law children and domestic abuse as this is where her passion and strengths lie. She is regularly instructed in complex children act proceedings where allegations of abuse are a feature. She has also represented parents on relocation cases as well as being instructed in child abduction matters. She regularly works with 16.4 guardians and is instructed when there are complex issues often necessitating the need for expert evidence.
She is known for her straightforward advice and robust approach in cases.
She is currently a trustee for the Family Mediation Trust.
