IT Training & Systems Development Manager | Peterborough
Tracey Thorpe is responsible for our IT systems, processes and procedures, including testing, development, integration and implementation of software and any related IT training. She is involved in many aspects of staff development, including inductions, one-to-one mentoring, workshops, group training sessions and IT assessments, all of which go towards the enhancement and improvement of the skills necessary to achieve our business objectives.
She is a fully qualified trainer, holding City & Guilds (7318), NVQ Level 3, Training and Development.
Joining us in 1995 as a secretary, Tracey was promoted to IT Trainer in 2001, Training Co-ordinator in 2008 and more recently to IT Training and Systems Development Manager.
