Tracey has worked for us for a number of years in various roles which have provided her with extensive experience and knowledge. She manages our IT network and systems and is also responsible for IT training. Her role as IT Training and Systems Development Manager covers areas such as system security, our Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation, development of our case management system and related processes and procedures, research/testing/implementing new software, together with strategic planning and budgeting.
