Dispute Resolution (Personal)

Resolving Personal Disputes

At some point in our lives many of us will end up in a hard-to-resolve dispute with someone – whether it is with an employer, a neighbour, a tenant or someone we are doing business with. Our Dispute Resolution team will help you to resolve that dispute either by negotiation or, if necessary, court action.

The Dispute Resolution Process

The process that you go through to resolve a dispute can be daunting and stressful to navigate. A dispute by its very nature involves conflict. Our team offer a tailored, tactical and personal service using their expertise and knowledge to ensure that your dispute settles with the best outcome for you. The map below illustrates the possible route you might take.
