This is the starting point where we check that you are being prosecuted fairly. There is strict guidance on the way that authorities detect and prosecute defendants. In this stage you will meet with the solicitor to provide instructions and discuss what happened. They will consider the initial disclosure and all evidence before giving advice in relation to the plea and likely sentence.
Assistance in preparation of documents and further preparation of defence evidence / mitigation; and explanation of the court procedure so that you know what to expect on the day of the hearing and sentencing options available to the court.
Further preparatory work will be carried out. Your solicitor will obtain further instructions if necessary and answer any follow up queries; and then you will have representation at court for a guilty plea to include exceptional hardship.
This involves full preparation and representation at trial / special reasons hearing.
Please note that all prices that refer to VAT will be charged VAT at the current rate of 20%.

Electronic verification uses identification information such as name, address, etc. in electronic form and checks the information against numerous data sources to verify a person or business. This type of check will leave a minor footprint on the relevant credit file, but it will not harm an individual’s or business’s credit score.
We pass on the cost of this check to clients. The cost of the electronic verification check is:
