Background

Matrimonial Advice & Negotiation

The Family team can assist at all stages of your family matter from before you have decided to separate through to when an order has been made or an agreement reached.

We are committed to providing a high quality and personal legal service. When advising you our family team always tries to avoid legal jargon and will be realistic with you as to what outcome you can realistically aim to achieve.

As members of Resolution our team take a non-adversarial approach to negotiations and all of our work is aimed at trying to reach an agreement where possible.

In children matters we can advise as to your rights and responsibilities to your children (known as Parental Responsibility) and provide advice as to what arrangements can be put in place for your children.

In relation to financial matters we will advise you as to financial disclosure and assist you in negotiating an agreement with the other party or legal representative.
