Cailan Thomas studied Law at Anglia Ruskin University Cambridge and then completed the Legal Practice Course with Distinction at Nottingham Trent University. Cailan qualified as a solicitor in 2014 after undertaking her training contract at a firm in Norwich.

Following a career break, Cailan returned to practice and joined Hunt & Coombs in June 2022.

Cailan provides a friendly and helpful service and, based in our Cambridge Office, assists clients with all aspects of the residential property transactions, including:

  • Property sales and purchases;
  • Leasehold and freehold properties; and
  • Transfers of equity.
