Background

Kashif specialises in representing a broad range of criminal investigations. He has extensive experience representing client’s interviews with the police, often leading to successful outcomes for his clients at an early stage of a case.

He also has a track record of successfully negotiating out of court settlements and discontinuances with prosecuting authorities, and enjoys finding solutions in challenging situations, including where individuals have previously received incorrect legal advice.

In 2016 Kashif was awarded the Peterborough Law Society Young lawyer of the Year Award. The award acknowledges his dedication to providing exceptional legal advice at all stages during the criminal procedure.
