…At this year’s St Neots Awards
It was with great pride to have the opportunity to sponsor this year’s St Neots Awards and last Friday we attended the Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner at the Priory Centre in St Neots.
The event organised by St Neots Town Council, in association with Black Cat 107, recognises and celebrates outstanding achievements by individuals, charities and community groups from around St Neots. Now in its third year the St Neots Awards have seen hundreds of nominations across the town to highlight inspiring individuals and groups who give back to the community in a significant way and to recognise unsung heroes who have achieved or overcome something outstanding.
8 awards categories were chosen for the public to make their nominations. The nominations were then shortlisted by the Town Council’s judging panel and the winners were announced at the awards ceremony.
We had the privilege of sponsoring the Sports Person of the Year Award, well done to the two nominees, Zac Taylor for his footballing achievements and Erin Hall for her Great Britain Dragon Boat achievements.
Congratulations to both of you and well done to Erin for winning the award.
