We are delighted to announce the appointment of experienced residential conveyancing associate solicitor, Claire Hogben, to our well-respected Residential Property Team.
Prior to joining Hunt & Coombs, Claire worked at other very well-regarded firms locally, nationally and internationally and, after qualifying as a solicitor in 2009, specialised in residential property transactions. Claire helps both private and business clients with their residential property needs.
Claire is experienced in all areas of conveyancing and her key areas of expertise include property sales; property purchases; transfers of equity; re-mortgages; leasehold properties; freehold properties; plot sales and purchases; and help to buy schemes.
Claire joined Hunt & Coombs at the beginning of this year and is based in our Oundle office. She goes the extra mile for her clients to ensure they are looked after during what can be a very stressful time.
