Samantha Crombie LLB (Hons)

Samantha Crombie gained an LLB from Hull University in 1988 before attending Chester College of Law to study for her solicitors final examination. She undertook her training contract with a firm in the Northeast after spending 3 years working for the Wills and Trust arm of one of a major high street bank, qualifying as a solicitor on 2nd April 1993.

After qualification Samantha gained further experience in private client work with another firm in the Northeast which included Will preparation and the administration of estates, working with clients from all different backgrounds.

After a break from legal practice (to raise a family) Samantha returned to the legal profession joining a local firm in Stamford specialising in employment law where she advised both employer and employee clients.

Samantha advises clients on:

• Preparing a Will to ensure that their wishes are carried out after their death; and
• Drawing up Lasting Powers of Attorney to ensure that their affairs (financial and health) are managed as they wish if they are no longer capable of managing them.
