New appointment to strengthen commercial property offering
We are delighted to announce the appointment of experienced commercial property senior associate solicitor, David Marsh, to our dynamic Commercial Team.
Prior to joining Hunt & Coombs, David qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and specialised in commercial property and development work. He has acquired a breadth of experience undertaking transactions for private, corporate and public clients of all sizes.
David is experienced in all aspects of commercial property transactions and assists clients with sale and purchase of freehold land for commercial and residential developments; option agreements for development land; promotion agreements; collaboration agreements; overage agreements; building licences and development agreements; title investigation; first registration of unregistered land; and Landlord and Tenant work including new leases, lease renewal and licences.
David joined Hunt & Coombs at the beginning of this year and is based in our Peterborough and St Neots offices. He finds pragmatic and creative solutions that achieve the client’s objectives, manage risk and get the transaction across the line.
