New appointments strengthen family and dispute resolution offering
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Katie Coles, Solicitor in our Family Team, and Luke Edwards, Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution Team.
Katie qualified as a Solicitor at a reputable and award-winning family law firm in London in 2019. After gaining valuable experience in family law, she now advises clients on separation, divorce, matrimonial finances including business assets, pre and post-nuptial agreements, injunctions and children’s contact arrangements including complex fact finding hearings and domestic abuse. Katie is a member of Resolution for family law and has an empathetic approach to dealing with family matters whilst providing practical advice to clients.
Katie, who has been recognised as a ‘recommended lawyer’ in the Legal 500 for the past two years, said “I am delighted to be joining the talented family team at Hunt & Coombs LLP. I look forward to advising clients on a range of family matters in Peterborough and surrounding areas.”
Luke joined us as a solicitor in March having spent a couple of years working in Dispute Resolution at another regional firm. Luke has experience acting for, and advising businesses and individuals on a range of civil practice matters, including disputes pertaining to breach of contract; landlord and tenant; and boundary, neighbour and property ownership disputes and is already a valuable member of the team. As well as conducting a number of matters successfully in the courts, Luke also has experience in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and mediation.
