Background

Sarah Rein qualified as a solicitor in January 2020.

She studied English literature before converting to law and worked for six years at a firm specialising in mental health and mental capacity law. This gave Sarah a vast amount of experience in dealing with vulnerable clients.

Sarah has extensive experience in advocacy and has been accredited by the Law Society to represent clients at Mental Health Tribunals since 2019. Accreditation is given to solicitors who meet the highest standards of technical expertise and client service in specific areas of law.

In August 2023, Sarah joined Hunt and Coombs, initially working in the mental health department. In July 2025 she joined the Wills, Trusts and Probate department. Her background in Mental Health enables Sarah to support clients with sensitivity and care whilst also sharing knowledge and guiding clients through the process.

Sarah advises clients on a range of legal services such as:

  • The preparation of Wills;
  • The preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney;
  • Estate Administration; and
  • Trusts and Trust Registration.
Interests

Sarah’s interests outside of work include running, going for walks and reading. She is also a tennis fanatic!
